Manager - Traning
Basic Qualifications :
- 12+ years' experience in working in Learning and Development in an IT Organization and handling technical and behavioral trainings.
- Expert knowledge of L&D Practices
- Develop a strong understanding of business goals and customer success parameters to design trainings aligned to it
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing global training programs
- Strong Program Management Skills
- Technical Skills and knowhow of emerging IT trends
- Experience of working with e-Learning platforms for IT courses
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowhow of Office tools: Outlook, Excel, word, Office 365 Apps
- Knowledge of any LMS
- Ability to digitize manual/repetitive work
- Ability to liaise confidently and credibly with all stakeholders and people at all levels
- Proven ability to consult, influence and build strong working relations within the organization
- Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to learn and pick up new things
- Proficiency with numbers, data and can generate timely reports and dashboards
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understanding of Brillio core values and demonstrate the same in every action taken for the employees
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to plan L&D initiatives for their employees.
- Liaising with leaders to determine training needs and plan quarterly training calendars for employees,
- Designing effective training programs, learning interventions, and managing it end to end.
- Manage Freshers training program for the business
- Ensuring smooth delivery of internal/external trainings
- Vendor Management - Liaising with vendors, sourcing training requirements, trainer evaluations and ability to extract value from trainings.
- Managing Training and Certification Trackers.
- Ensuring Data Discipline by maintaining common training folders, file's structure, and access.
- Working on MIS and Reports as and when required
