Role - Engineering Methodology Evangelist

Prime responsibility of this role is to define and roll out engineering methodology for various service lines and new ways of working to drive customer success.

Should have proven hands on experience in executing projects defining methodologies, improving processes and demonstrating value to customers. In a nut shell this role is responsible to drive engineering and delivery maturity of our services to customer.

Should have 10+ plus years of expertise in defining, enabling and rolling out engineering methodologies for various types of engagements.

Key Responsibilities -

- Define and roll out Engineering methodologies for the business services for higher repeatability and predictability.

- Bring thought leadership, perform external benchmarking and lead the solution. Define tools and methods to provide solution.

- Ability to lead and design customer-centric measurement program to improve continually and focus on quality as defined by the customers.

- Train and coach employees on new ways of working (team to executive levels)

- Differentiate by developing IPs and compete with Customers.

- Articulate value to customer, drive solution maturity in pursuits and drive delivery consistency.

- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and drive business transformation program.

- Anchor change management communications manage change and continually improve the program.

Key Skills/Experience

- Should have experience in defining methodologies and rolling out to various types of services.

- B.E or equivalent with 10 years of experience

- Working experience in software projects is a must

- Industry presence in benchmarking methodologies and presenting in forums

- Knowledge of quality models like CMMI, and Agile, understanding of latest engineering & technology trends

- Flair to do trainings on relevant topics

- Exposure in Design Thinking, lean, 6 Sigma would be an added advantage

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Self-driven & result oriented individual, willingness to think outside the box
