Role Brief - We are looking to onboard a strategic projects leader who will be part of the office of Chief Operating & Delivery Office.
The role will encompass
- Playing an active role in building and executing strategy for the office
- Anchoring strategic initiatives across business and enablement functions to achieve the stated objectives
- Build, develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Liaise with senior level external stakeholders for business improvement opportunities
Along with high-energy and a can-do attitude, individuals applying for this role must have high accountability and a keen sense of ownership to assume charge of situations and operate with complete empowerment in driving world-class outcomes. Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technology services firm in one more of the following roles - consulting/program management
- Should be a great combination of strategic thinking and detail orientated
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written) with an ability to clearly articulate and present ideas/concepts, exhibit deep thinking, good presence of mind and a thought leader
- Strong problem-solving skills, esp. the ability to frame the problem statement accurately, along with its context and success criteria
- Good with the art of influencing and story-telling capability with a consulting mindset
- Good business acumen along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve
- Should have contributed ideas which have led to an effective change in the way business was operating
Preferred Exposure:
- Exposure to project governance models
- Application of project and/or program management concepts, ideally through hands-on experience
- Stakeholder management experience and working with CXO level
