Role Overview
Exciting opportunity for passionate B2B tech marketers!
As a marketing lead for Brillio, you will help build the brand for a multi-million company by implementing cutting edge marketing and communication strategies. Being part of a super creative, fun and multicultural team, you will work closely with our top-notch marketing team distributed globally. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape up & execute 360-degree marketing initiatives that impact and influence Brillio's customer segment. The role will require holistic understanding of the B2B marketing spectrum, strategic thinking to align marketing to business needs and end-to-end hands-on execution experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and create narratives for interactions with identified influencers and gain positive mindshare
- Plan, Create and Drive brand building initiatives that cut across Social, Public Relations, Media, Content marketing, Design
- Aid in setting up the brand management function through oversight on creative development
Requirements:
- MBA with specialization in Marketing from Tier I/II college
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with IT services or software/SaaS company
- Strong experience in content creation, campaign execution and project management
- In depth knowledge & hands on experience of social media marketing industry
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
