Job Description:
Responsibilities in the Role
Delivery:
- Design and develop Business outcome-based learning solutions. End to end accountability of all technical learning interventions.
- Partner with the Business Verticals to understand the technical learning needs of the Business Lines and working as consultant with them to co-author/develop technical learning programs.
- Work with the Business Verticals to set up and run Technology Learning Academies.
- Work closely with the Business Leads on implementing a future landscape of applicable training to help make the Business practice future ready.
- Manage periodic reporting of identified key indicators that measure the value of learning solutions and communicate to appropriate stake-holders.
- Collaborate with HR/PSC head to propose new Business cases for enhancing learning abilities in line.
- Lead and manage IT projects within L&D with clear outcomes driven benefits realization.
- Ability to identify and work with forward looking Learning institutes to drive the future of Technical and Domain learning
- Work closely with business to manage training program for graduates hired from campus.

Education/Qualifications required: B.Tech/B.E. Degree mandatory and preferred with a degree in MBA and a certification in Program Management.
