Brillio is seeking for 'Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing Specialist'; who could join in our team of IT professionals in a full-time role. Role: Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Years of Experience: Minimum 5-6 years' experience in a talent branding role

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

About the role

Your core responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

- Design and implement campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagement through the right usage offline and online channels

- Build and promote the Brillio brand, orchestrate Brillio's growth story, values, life at Brillio to the potential candidates and strengthen the Brillio brand in the talent market

- Collaborate with a group of diverse stakeholders such as talent acquisition teams, practice/function heads and external vendors to identify and deliver organizational campaigns globally

- Evaluate and launch new and emerging tools & channels to drive campaigns for early attraction, engagement, and retention of talent

- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition team and senor leadership to develop and execute strategies in close alignment with global recruitment goals and priorities

To succeed, you must have:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an employer branding/ talent branding/ recruitment marketing role

- Postgraduate in Marketing/ Business Administration/Communications, or related field

- Good storyteller with an ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse group of stakeholders

- Proven track record of successfully implementing omni-channel brand campaigns

- Ability to coach and guide the organization on employer branding/EVP

- Knowledge of Employer Branding market trends, best practices, communication channels, and success measurement metrics
