As a Delivery Excellence coach for our Analytics practice, you would be working closely with our business engagements, to drive better customer experience with speed through coaching, enabling, fact based decision making & reporting of delivery engagements.
This role plays a pivotal one in the organisation structure to drive improvements that bring in repeatability, consistency, visibility, predictability & innovation - a key attribute for any organisation to scale up its customer experience.

- Implementing scrum practice for agile - training, coaching teams for scrum adoption
- Experienced in implementing CMMI for engagements - CMMI based engagement assessment, reporting, training.
- Experience in being part of actual assessment is an added advantage
- Understanding and ability to drive tool based workflows such as JIRA
- Flair to do trainings on relevant topics
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven & result oriented individual
- Influencing teams with practices that increases performance at a sustainable pace
