The Client Partner position is responsible for business development strategies, and executive relationships within the chosen Strategic Account.
In this role, the Client Partner will be responsible to drive superior customer experience and revenue growth. The position requires working with and leveraging corporate and internal digital groups. You will also be expected to develop strong long-term relationships with senior management at the strategic account and other targeted firms.
The role will be assisted by a team of practice managers who shall help create the customer experience and delivery excellence.
The Client Partner will act as a "trusted advisor" to his/her client and have a mix of business and technology experience. The Client Partner should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions. This person will be held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines. In addition, the qualified candidate will possess the following:
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Proven track record of delivering growth with large clients ($15-20Mil yearly revenue)
- Should have a "sales mindset", street smart, optimistic person capable of bringing innovative solutions and ideas and leading by example.
- Working knowledge of one of the following areas of technologies: Product Engineering, Analytics or Digital technologies for customer insights
- Executive presence and credibility - possesses an interest and passion toward engaging senior level executives in grasping and enabling fundamentals of business change
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, collaboration skills to work integrated with global units.
- Exceptional client management skills and business development & delivery experience
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing client relationship at all levels
- Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals and culture
- Positioning Brillio as a Strategic IT partner and identify new avenues for Brillio to partner, implement and deliver within the account
- Managing the sales target & high-level delivery responsibility
- Mapping Brillio' s capabilities and solutions to client's requirements
