OVERVIEW Own and deliver on the marketing strategy & execution plan to drive the GTM for the practice(s). The measure of success for the role will have both - impact on growth via marketing-led lead generation (all channels) plus, brand building initiatives aligned to our Brillio's global brand architecture and positioning strategy in the global market. Must have approx. 4-7 years of similar experience with B2B technology - services or products firms HIGH-LEVEL ROLE EXPECTATIONS - Conceptualize & implement marketing campaigns with support from creative (design & copy) specialists - internal and/or agency partners - Alliance marketing - joint-marketing initiative with partner(s), incl. alliance events - Non-alliance events - planning, execution & driving lead generation program - Increase share of voice for brand Brillio via influencer marketing - Identify key influencers like analysts, journalists and consultants and develop relationships - Partner with market teams (field sales, practice leadership, P&L owners) to drive growth in existing clients via ABM (Account Based Marketing) - Support sales enablement efforts via messaging & collateral support in collaboration with practices & content development teams (internal & external) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Knowledge of brand building, brand development and brand equity measurement frameworks and practices - Ability to openly bring ideas to ensure that a differentiated, creative content (design and messaging) are on target. Must have the ability to define and clearly present ideas and corresponding marketing execution plan to all stakeholders - Should be able to work collaboratively with executive leadership, field sales, regional P&L owners, practice leaders & creative teams (internal & external) - Require a good understanding of the industry context, marketing innovation - tools, automation, solution partners etc. - Global experience & context - Hands-on experience of developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing plans and campaigns in the US and UK region - Experience of working with today's marketing ecosystem - HubSpot, SFDC, Twitter, LinkedIn Sales & Marketing Tools & Google AdWords will be preferred - Preference will be given to candidates who have some experience in corporate storytelling, launching a new product or service.
