Job Description:


We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with 2-4 years of experience to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in paid advertising, analytics, and optimization strategies to enhance ROI and maximize conversions.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):


- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-backed decisions for continuous improvement


- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and funnels


- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals


- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting efficiency


- Optimize ad creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve conversion rates


- Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and generate insightful reports


- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to improve ad performance and user experience


- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies


- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase customer retention and engagement


Required Skill Set:


- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms


- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Tag Manager


- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization


- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools


- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation strategies


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance


- Experience in managing ad budgets effectively for different campaign objectives


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to digital marketing trends
