Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of experience to drive business growth, establish strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and business development best practices
Required Skill Set:
- Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong networking skills and ability to build strategic partnerships
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset
