Position Overview: As the Director, Marketing at Brij Hotels, you will lead a team of two people and play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy. This role involves creating an annual marketing plan, managing budgets, overseeing digital and PR partnerships, identifying potential collaborations, creating awareness plans, managing content creation, leading social media initiatives, organizing events at our properties, fostering customer engagement, and driving direct-to-customer business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a brand and marketing strategy that aligns with Brij Hotels' values and objectives. 2. Annual Marketing Plan: Create an annual marketing plan with clear objectives, strategies, and budgets to drive brand awareness and business growth. 3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of two individuals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 4. Partnership Management: Manage relationships with digital and PR partners, ensuring effective collaboration and maximum exposure for Brij Hotels. 5. Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partnerships with other brands, influencers, or organizations that align with Brij Hotels' values and contribute to brand growth. 6. Awareness Plan: Develop a detailed plan to raise awareness about Brij Hotels, including campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across various channels. 7.
