About Our Founders:

- Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey's Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientist (Avi Patchava, Varun Modi, Avinash Ramakath, Jayashree Merwade).

What you'll do?.

- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and engage users, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with product goals and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute the growth strategy aligned with the company's objectives, identifying opportunities to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

- Product Optimization: Continuously analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement within the product funnel.

- Propose and implement product enhancements and optimizations to drive key growth metrics.

- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Define target audiences, messaging, creative assets, and channel mix for each campaign.

- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.

- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve desired outcomes.

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and drive higher user engagement and retention.

- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

- Monitor spending against budget and make recommendations for reallocation or scaling based on performance insights.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing teams to align campaign objectives with product roadmap and ensure cohesive messaging and user experience across all touchpoints.

- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Communicate results and key findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experimentation and Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates across various user touchpoints.

- User retention and insights: Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain deep insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs.

- Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and features.

- Drive initiatives to enhance user engagement and retention, including personalized user experiences, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and customer support enhancements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to prioritize and execute growth initiatives effectively.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish regular reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

- Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies over time.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the fintech space.

- Leverage market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

What you'll bring?.

- Bachelor's degree and MBA.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management within fintech.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.

- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
