Role: Social Media & Content (Gritzo) Location: Sector-14, Gurgaon
Gritzo, a premium children's nutrition supplements brand from the house of HealthKart is seeking a young, goal-driven, high judgement Associate - Content & Social media.
The individual loves to live and breathe creative content and will push the boundaries of different content formats to develop communication that is attention-grabbing and informative.
He/She will lead all aspects of social media- building a monthly social media calendar to highlight products in focus, writing content of the highest standards, and developing them with the in-house creative team.
The ideal candidate also has a keen eye for analytics and measures and improves upon the reach, engagement, and impressions to build the social media audience independently.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering results on social campaigns, with the ability to develop strategy from scratch, sell ideas, multi-task and prioritize, manage a high-volume of campaigns by being creative, along with driving for testing, learning, and making insight- and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing monthly social media campaigns, and managing social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Writing, producing, commissioning, and publishing timely content across a range of mediums, including educational videos, reels, and influencer content
- Strong focus on tracking social media KPIs with a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms, their features, and best practices
- Harnessing social media trends, evaluating them for brand fitment, and implementing them for better reach
- Writing engaging and creative social media copies for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Maintaining and organizing content calendars, performance reports, and brainstorming ideas using Google Sheets
- Possessing a strong sense of design aesthetics to work closely with the design team, ensuring that visuals complement the brand's tone and messaging
- Being a content creator who is comfortable in front of the camera, creating reels, and experimenting with trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent creative and written communications skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, audience engagement tactics, and performance analytics
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for maintaining content plans and tracking performance metrics
- Aggressively timeline-oriented, organised, and an independent thinker
- Experience working on a multi-channel social media strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and managing external partners
- Experience in D2C brands, kids' nutrition, or healthcare industry is a plus
