What is this role about?

- We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our CEO's office. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem solving skills & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO on key strategic decisions and business initiatives.

- Analyze business performance, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to assist in decision making.

- Manage and execute high-priority projects across different teams and departments.

- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on business growth and expansion.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Travel to Vietnam as needed to oversee operations and work with local teams.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Pre-requisites:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering from reputed college.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

- Hunger to grow.

For the initial six months, the person will be based in Vietnam and the base location is Bangalore.
