Core Responsibilities :
- Should be instrumental in new client sourcing & Leasing of coworking spaces across the locations.
- Should identify new avenues for client sourcing.
- Preparing lease proposals for the vacant/Operational spaces in the property.
- Coordinating between company & the tenants regarding agreement formalities till formulation of agreement.
- To work as a one-point contact for the tenants for any queries related to Agreement Terms.
- Maintaining proper MIS on all closures.
- Supporting the leasing/sale head in closing the deal process successfully.
- Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
- Planning Market Strategies
- Making sales pitch to prospective clients / tenants
- Setting up lease parameters across the projects
- Planning lease Budgets, Media, PR Advertising & Marketing Strategy for the Office & Residential Asset Class, Branding Activities.
- Structuring lease Transactions & Tenant Strategy
- Heading the Negotiations & Legal Documentations with Tenants
- Maintaining Relationships with leading International Property Consultants in the country.
- Maintain good relations with existing & new clients to understand their needs & to proactively resolve issues any.

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Confidence to approach, open doors, arrange meetings to pitch the offering.
- Experience in understanding client issues/problems and working towards creative solutions within our offerings and outside.
