Brigade Group - Financial Analyst

1. Financial modelling : Preparing cash flow model and information memorandum for all financing proposals of the Group (Must be good in Excel, Power Point and Word)

2. Documentation & Compliance: Work with teams including in legal documentation, execution and co-ordination between customers, legal, operations, internal audit, accounts and treasury teams. Managing all regulatory and bank compliances.

3. Fund Raising: Managing relationship with the external stakeholders like financial institutions, valuers, CAs etc.

4. Investor Relations: Preparing investor presentation and related documents at the time of publication of Company's results & Investor Relations management

5. Rating: Ensuring timely completion of rating activity for the Group targeting improvement in the rating.
