Job Description:

- Accountable for achieving leasing targets and ensuring all targets are timely achieved as per the assigned retail categories / leasing plan.

- Identifying the prospective tenants / retailers and scheduling meetings for the discussions & finalization.

- Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective retailers in order to promote the mall.

- Ensure effective closure of all the prospective leads generated.

- Conducting Market & Brand analysis to derive to a strategic positioning of the mall with the management team.

- Developing attractive leasing packages, negotiating and closure of the deals with the new retailers.

- Follow-up with the present retailers for the price escalations, renewal of agreements.

- Follow up with the tenant/ retailer for the documentation work as per the company norms.

- Coordinate with the legal team to conclude on the contract clauses and taking a final signoff from the tenant / retailer on the agreements.

- Ensure all the deliverables are in place at the time of handling over of the space to the retailer.

- Co-coordinating with the multiple stakeholders for the finalization of contract & successful handing over of the space to the retailer.

Qualifications

- Graduate/PG with 12+ Years of experience in Retail Leasing.
