Brigade Group - Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Role will be responsible for working as a Business Analyst for engaging in, support of IT Applications (Non-SAP) and new IT initiatives, as well as, maintaining & optimizing existing IT solutions. You will be expected to provide your functional and analytical expertise to Information Technology to support & overcome the challenges posed by the company's business tactics and strategies.

Core Responsibilities

- Internal IT Application (Non-SAP / Non-C4C) Implementation & Support.

- Manage and Engage with Vendors for delivering Development and Integration of such applications.

- Participate in gap and/or root cause assessments against performance, compliance, and maturity findings to identify improvement opportunities.

- Requirement Gathering, Solutioning and Documenting Process flows

- Enabling Vendor to build, deploy and monitor IT applications

- Engage in comprehensive testing and coordination of applications before Go Live

- Implementing monitoring and reporting solutions across a range of environments and platforms.

- Vendor Management - Coordinating with vendor and ensure timely delivery as per SLA.

- B1.Net Intranet, i-HRMS Platform and various applications under it.

- Internal web applications & mobile apps

- Customer centric SaaS Applications

- Custom Built Applications / ERP systems

- Lead business requirement gathering and solutioning

- Managing a part of Custom-built IT Applications from Concept to Sundown

- Ensure compliance with the tools, components, and deployment as well as any code that may have come from Opensource

- Plan upgrades as well as maintenance of the applications and

- Ensure usage and user adoption along with training as needed

- SaaS Applications admin support and coordination on issues with vendor

- Ensure compliance with the Software Licenses and usage

- Ensure compliance with the Licenses and updates

- Ensure upkeep of Security of the Infrastructure with help of Infra and Vendor team

- Monitor Invoices vis- vis usage, help timely invoice clearance for vendors

- Assist in Implementation of Project Management across the Projects executed by IT Department

- Ensure business initiatives and requirements are implemented on time and within budget.

- Prepare MIS Reports from various IT Functions

What are we looking for (Specific Skill Set)?

- A strong solution-oriented professional with minimum 8+ years of experience in SDLC implementation and support of IT solutions

- Must have minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant

- Passionate about helping build new solutions and innovation in technology

- Demonstrated capability over designing System flow designs, Business Process Modelling and business blue printing or Functional Design Documents

- Intensive experience in Support and management of web/mobile applications using Service Desk tools like Freshdesk, Remedy, etc.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, Identification and negotiation for Business and Technology requirements.

- Results oriented professional, recognized for delivering on major initiatives, and adapting to rapidly changing environment and resolving mission-critical issues to ensure bottom-line success.

- Proven ability to translate Business needs into technology requirements that support the company's Business objectives, and to successfully manage all phases of IT Projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor, implementation, and training.

Qualifications

- Graduate with MCA or Engineering Degree preferred

- Good Proficiency in English (both written and spoken communication)

- Experience or knowledge on ERP like SAP, Sales Force, Custom ERP and Web Solutions

- Experience or knowledge Microsoft Office 365 and Visio

- Any Prior coding experience in .Net. C+, etc. will be an advantage

- Any Business Analyst Certification will be an advantage

- Exposure to ITIL with a certification will be an advantage
