What will you do?
- Formulate and implement the Residential Sales Strategy, ensuring the prompt resolution of customer complaints, to drive top line growth and customer delight.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Sales target (monthly/Quarterly/half yearly/ annually)
- Drive implementation of sales strategies around new residential project offerings, product pricing and delivery in line with Organizational guidelines; Communicate new initiatives / projects to critical stakeholders
- Provide inputs for the development of a framework / matrix for pricing of residential projects across the Organization based on latest market price trends, industry norms and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of systems to capture regular market information and changing customer preferences.
- Analyze industry survey findings and prepare reports on their implications on respective projects.
- Regularly interact with customers to ensure speedy closure of bookings and timely collection of payments
- Drive implementation of framework to capture and incorporate customer feedback into system design for future projects
- Ensure timely maintenance and review of MIS for residential sales; Periodically submit the same to the Management.
- Provide timely support to the Team / Internal Departments for resolution of all queries with respect to sales of residential projects

- Knowledge of Brand Management
- Prior experience in handing single/multiple projects in real estate industry.
