AGM / DGM - Sales Strategy (Residential)
What will you do?
- Develop and assist to implement sales strategies, create the market approach plans, product offerings, promotion concepts, budget trackers, Go To Market strategy, MIS dashboards & other support structure for Residential Business.
Core Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report all performance parameters for the business including financials, performance, budgets, and other functional parameters.
- Support decision making by conducting detailed analysis & present facts on key strategic issues.
- Process market analysis & research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations.
- Implementation of strategic & tactical initiatives during launch/ sustenance for revenue maximization.
- Product planning & strategy - Concept & layout/ design, product mix, positioning, innovation in product features basis understanding of customer segments, market trends & business requirements
- Inventory mgmt./planning analyze supply & demand over lifecycle of project
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements
- Develop strategies in close coordination with the HODs and respective vertical heads to achieve functional & business objectives.

Qualifications :
- MBA /CFA from reputed institute.
- 8-10 years' relevant experience
