We're looking to have a Full Stack Developer who can also serve as our Chief Technology Officer and over time take leadership of growing our technology team.  As CTO, you will be directly responsible for setting and executing the company's overall technology strategy and implementation and working with both our internal and external team of creative design and programmers. Developing strategies for enhancing the product for customers and increase the revenue model.  We are looking for well-qualified candidates with the unique ability to perform well in the weeds as a coder but also a high level as a technology manager and leader who leads with a big-picture thinking, act strategically and make proactive decisions.  Job Qualifications :   Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with a sophisticated understanding of system architecture, software design and product software engineering.  1) MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.  2) Minimum of 4 years of direct reporting responsibilities of local and remote technical staff management with an emphasis on building talented teams.  3) Strong product management foundation with managing multiple products and projects.  4) Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects while effectively communicating with multiple teams and business units while succeeding in a fast paced deadline oriented environment.  5) Experience in CSR/ Sustainability/ Social Business, including taking a product to market from design to implementation is desirable but not mandatory.  Desired Skills :   Experience with mobile development (Android/iOS) and full stack development skills   Web development experience with jQuery, HTML5, CSS, PHP, ASP or JSP   Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities   Full stack web development frameworks, experience with server/database architecture experience using Amazon AWS or equivalent   Experience in a startup environment and ability/willingness to thrive in an inherently dynamic environment   We're looking for talented individuals who want to use their skills to build a strong, technology-driven company.
