About the Role:-.
- As Manager Alliances and Partnerships, your role will be to plan, negotiate, and build long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
- The role requires interfacing with senior management of real-estate developers & and channel partners.
- We're looking for an experienced, hands-on, result-oriented partnership manager.
- As part of this role, you will be required to cultivate these partnerships and help us build the B2B and B2B2C channels at BricknBolt.
Role & Responsibilities:-.
- Set in place a systematic process for building new pipelines & and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial & and strategic relationships with our key partners, i. real-estate developers, key account channel partners, housing finance companies, etc.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations, legal & and finance teams to come up with win-win solutions keeping in mind the best interest of all stakeholders.
- Participate in relevant networking events on behalf of the company.
- Create strategies to identify new methods to grow partnerships.
- Serve as the POC for developing and maintaining the relationship, troubleshooting issues, and responding to incoming inquiries.
- Should be good at planning and great at detailed execution.
Qualification, Experience and Expertise:-.
- MBA, MS, or other advanced degree.
- Proven record of a minimum of 5 6 years of professional working experience in partnerships and alliances and account management, preferably in the real-estate sector.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.
- Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partners.
