Role - Program Manager

Program Manager is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. You would be closely working with the leadership team.

Role and Responsibilities :-

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives and programs

- Manage key company-wide projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, and execution

- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure that they are executed on time and within budget

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Customer Ops, Tech, and Marketing, to drive successful project outcomes

- Track and report project status and risks to the Founder and leadership team

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

- Support the Founder and leadership team in special projects and initiatives as needed

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the founder

- Manage the founder's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

- Attend meetings and events with the founder, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Skills & Qualifications :

- MBA or B.E/B.Tech or Bachelor's degree from a tier-1 school with 1-5 years of experience.

- Experience working in the Founder's office in a fast-paced hyper growth startup preferred, experience in a similar role highly desirable

- Strong project management skills, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution, with some experience in program management, project management, or related role preferred


- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research and provide strategic recommendations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks to support the success of the company

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

- Strong data-driven mindset capable of analysing massive amounts of data, analysing performance using metrics
