Your Role :
- Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end. Strong exposure in managing the entire Product Life cycle- Experience of building a product from scratch would be preferred
- 360 degrees thinking - always keep the product, business, operations in the center. Consider the business impact, ROI, and other implications when taking important decisions
- Do User interviews.
- Always a champion of purpose ; lead primary and secondary research. Able to dissect/differentiate between alternate product constructs
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure that the business objectives are met. Take high-level feature proposals and customer problems and break them into small iterations that engineering can work on
- A data-driven strong analyst who uses user research, customer feedback and competitive insights as inputs to conceptualize and prioritize product requirements
- Follow feature development end-to-end; provide guidance and feedback to engineers and designers; ensure everyone is aligned
- Lead from the front with a super data-driven and process oriented approach while meeting deadlines
- User experience -s/he should be able to find defects
- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmap to deliver on meeting customer expectations
- Help the team to prioritise tasks and focus primarily on solving our users' issues. Balance new features, improvements, and bugfixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product
- Enable features to expand business opportunities across the construction ecosystem
- Responsible for conceptualizing and building a world-class tech platform and all other related products/platforms
- Build an effective roadmap to prioritize important features properly.
- Contribute to the product vision, together with the Director of Product, Director of Engineering and CPO/CTO
- Innovate within your product area by proposing ambitious features
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for product features
- Collaborate with other Product Managers, UX, and engineers in cross-area features to build a single application
- Manage the uncertainty in an efficient way, adjusting plans to new working conditions
Must Have :
- At least 3 years of product and team management experience
- Worked during a hyper-growth phase of a Product based tech company
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization, especially Engineering and Business Teams
- Ability to multi-task, delegate and be the bridge between business, ops, tech, and product teams
- Strong Problem Solving/Analysis and Strategic Thinking
- Believe in the feasibility of the mission
- The high degree of customer centricity
- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational and business issues.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong Business Understanding
- Strong independent thinker who works well in a team setting
