Job Description - This is a City Head role in a growing Alcobev industry player. The incumbent is expected to lead Bangalore to drive sales and brand presence in the assigned territory, with the end objective of growing top line for the brand.

Description
The key responsibilities of the role are -
- Responsible for value and volume growth for the assigned region along with the team
- Analyse and evaluate sales trends for target setting for the area sales team
- Coordinate with production team to ensure optimum production as per the market requirement
- Monitoring the performance of field sales team and motivating the members to meet/exceed the benchmarked targets
- Regular interaction with existing customers to build strong client relationships and gather market insights
- Identifying new/potential customers and establish connect with them to pitch company's product offerings and build brand awareness & presence
- Implementation of sales management process for order tracking and processing as per customer requirements
Profile :
A successful applicant must have the following attributes -
- 6-8 years of sales experience in core Alcobev
- MBA from Tier 1/2 institution
- An enhanced understanding of sales/distribution channels
- Analytical, problem solving approach
