Brescon - Markets & Business Intelligence Manager

Lead the Markets Intelligence team to do the following:

- Provide industry and company research to support to sell side distressed debt investment banking team

- Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential distressed debt advisory offerings

- Preparing investment memo (research, analysis, and presentation development)

- Developing marketing teasers / information memorandum for deals

- Update precedents transactions list, white papers on past deals

- Research on potential funding sources

- Assist in tracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active buy & sell side transactions

- Build communication outreach strategy for client acquisition efforts

- Lead communication efforts for potential clients and coordinate with the sell side senior team

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of business intelligence research/credit rating experience with Indian clients

- Successfully managed and led team for client acquisition communication outreach

- Post-graduation, preferably MBA (specialization in finance / econometrics) / CA

- Sound financial, quantitative, and corporate finance skills

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations (teasers/CIM) for deals

- Experience of using databases CapIQ, Aceequity, Private Circle, Reuters

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
