Job Objective

- Assist in sourcing structured investment and distressed and hi-yield opportunities for corporates

- Execute the structured credit mandates on agreed deliverables

Key Responsibilities

- Identify key markets, sectors, products and corporations for SCRF deals

- Initiate opportunity notes and pitch presentations 

- Create financial analysis for industry, business and investors on each deal. 

- Conducts effective and thorough research, data gathering, and analysis

- Demonstrates understanding of required analytical tools and techniques

- Understands relationships between the various parts of a problem or situation

- Documents and provides audit trail for factual assertions

- Clearly articulates assumptions and underlying issues in analyses

- Make presentations that show creativity in displaying or documenting findings

- Composes logical, appropriately structured text or input to written deliverables independently or with minimal guidance

- Exhibits strong recording and note- taking skills

- Establishes relationships with clients, enabling formal or informal discussions

- Work seamlessly with the other Associate/Analyst team

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum MBA or CA from reputable University

- Excellent English communication skills

- 2-5 years in leading commercial or investment bank

- Product experience in distressed, corporate, structured, project finance

- Valuation and investment execution experience

- Substantial credit and documentation experience

- Private Credit, Distressed experience preferred

- Ability to travel up to 75% of time

- Self motivated

- Ability to work under pressure

- Independent and decisive
