Job description :

Play a key supporting role in several client engagements by being a part of the team.

1. Provide necessary support in the execution process and getting involved in the following activities :

- Economic, Sector and Company research

- Collaterals Preparation - Pitch book, Teaser document, Confidential Information Memorandum

- Financial Modelling & Analysis

- Accounting, commercial and legal due diligence

- Transaction documentation

2. Build a strong understanding of the client organization and the sector in which the client operates and use this knowledge to improve the analysis of the financial parameters

3. Interface appropriately with the client and provide constructive inputs in the execution process

4. Build strong relationships with appropriate client representatives to ensure smooth information flow & aid in the transaction execution process

Profile of the candidate :

- BBA Finance (reputed institutions) / Chartered Accountant (Rank holders / First attempt pass-outs preferred)

- Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Statement Analysis, Business Analysis and Corporate Valuation

- Very high degree of business and financial modelling skills

- High business acumen to understand business strategies and what drives success in the business

- Strong academic aptitude, quantitative skills

- Impactful written and verbal communication

- Strong attention to detail

- Initiative and strong work ethic

- Personal resilience, commitment to continuous learning, team work and ability to carry heavy work load
