We have an urgent requirement for Lead/Assistant Manager SEO for our US based company for Gurgaon location.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU :

- Optimization techniques used: On-Page and OffPage optimization, evaluating website performance and User behavior with the help of Google Webmaster and Google Analytics

- Create SEO Strategy PPC, Google Shopping and any other campaign

- Budget planning

- Perform keyword research relevant to the client business objectives

- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages

- Recommend and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific

- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects

- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals

- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the clients business

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on the progress of all stated objectives.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE :

- Experience of having worked for at least 3-4 years in a similar profile

- Proficient enough in On-page and Off-Page optimization techniques

- Excellent understanding of ethical (White Hat) SEO, Link building etc.

- Proficient in researching keywords using Google, Overture, Word Tracker and internal tools

- Knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and best practices in accordance with Google Panda/Penguin updates

- Should be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time

- Expertise in any other technology / tool required to accomplish the job

- Good communication skills (Both written and verbal)

- Knowledge of OnPage and OffPage SEO, in keyword research for better SERP results, Google Analytics and Google Webmasters

- Knowledge in creating/optimizing landing pages, latest SEO Algorithms and ranking strategies.

- Basic Knowledge in CMS like WordPress, Magento, Joomla, etc. would be a good to have

- Improving OnPage and Offpage SEO for our websites and have done Competition research and analysis

- Experience with Social Media postings, Creating content calendar for Blogs/Social Media

- Experience to track website analytics and create Goals/Funnels, Tracking & reporting SEO performance on weekly basis

- Experience on International Projects

- Experience on E-commerce

- Experience on Google tag Manager, Adobe site catalyst/omniture, adobe target, site optimisation

- In depth understanding of Google Ad words

- Skilled in organizing integrated digital activities for web portals/websites
