Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Hiring Manager: Finance Director

Location: Remote (South Asia)

What do you get to do?

- Preparation of annual business plans and quarterly forecasts

- Publish monthly business performance results with variance analysis

- Interpret and present key findings to both internal and external stakeholders

- Understand business drivers and recommend measures to improve business performance

- Be involved in ad-hoc projects to further improve business performance

- Provide data backed analysis to support decision making

- Business case preparation and performance review of new deals. Insights through ROI/Payback

- Establish business intelligence reports and dashboards to streamline the financial and operations MIS across products/ regions

- Track and monitor sales performance, customer and product profitability

- Identify and lead working capital improvement opportunities, plan and actions

- Reviewing and recommending on legal contractual documents such as MSA, SOW, NDA etc.

What do we look for in you?

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with good understanding of accounting standards and taxation

- Experience with a Consulting firm/ Big 4 in their Advisory practice

- Crisp presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial and business results

- Ability to apply analytical skills beyond the traditional function of finance and extend it to a range of commercial issues

- Creation of executive presentations and dashboards

- Highly obsessed with crunching numbers and operational data

- Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse team members from multiple locations

- Deep desire to learn and self-starter
