We are launching a unique and innovative B2B platform to simplify the corporate gifting and supplies. This will be a one stop online platform with 100% verified corporate supply resellers and manufacturers. Our registered resellers can purchase carefully handpicked exclusive products for corporate gifting and supplies.
Key Role:
- Will be responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market.
- This involves bridging the technical gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved - namely marketing, purchase, sales, operations, logistics and branding and improving customer experience on the platform.
The ideal candidate is expected to
- Understand business needs as well as technology
- Be Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
- Be hungry for data and defining metrics, basis that continuously evolve the product and some knowledge in Acquisition, website, supply chain management/ Postorder.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and business/commercial challenges.
- Have a proven track record for building, launching and maintaining high-scale, successful products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people. Passionate about generating big, creative ideas for- User Experience/UX & UI of the product.
- Should understand the tech eco-system - web technologies, react, PWA, Magento and their releases.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, Can-do approach, curious and open-minded quantitatively and qualitatively analyze results to influence product decisions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training.
- Should come up with ideas to leverage new tech trends in the e-commerce space, leveraging those to optimize and improve our products.
- She/he will be responsible for strategizing the product, managing the complete feature/project life cycle and coordinating with different stakeholder teams to chalk-out requirements and have them implemented into a live working product.
