Brand Leadership, Strategy and Planning:
- Develop global brand vision & crusade for the brand drawing on brand, consumer, markets, environment etc.Inspire commitment and alignment of the global network behind brand vision & crusade
- Seek and define new, engaging and inspiring ways to successfully communicate brand vision & crusade to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and present the annual brand plans, and Lead the PR brands strategy comprehensively to drive the brand crusade, fuel advocacy and win at the last 3 feet
- Lead the global marketing/ brand strategy and activities to improve visibility and credibility in the media
- Allocate adequate resources to deliver the brand strategy. Ensure efficient utilization and tracking of the same
Brand Communication and Activation:
- Develop effective advertising and promotion programs to achieve impactful and best quality, efficiency standards in the industry.
- Lead timely implementation and evaluation of marketing plans and extend the brand communication through various media and other innovative ways/mediums.
- Anticipate future trends in terms of communication and their impact on business
- Draw clear business implications from communication performance and use it to maximize a brands' performance
- Assess skills of creative / media agencies and continuously manage / challenge them to provide exceptional level of service
- Provide direction to the regions in translating brand strategy into relevant local GTM activation &promotion. Allocate & prioritise promotion resources.
- Liaise with brand owners, internal departments and external agencies for timely implementation of all activities.
Consumer Insight and Market Intelligence:
- Commission researches to monitor brand health and gain consumer insights
- Advise on new product development and strategies, packaging, printing technologies etc. through consumer insights derived from market research, competitive mapping and other market intelligence.
- Monitor monthly volume and industry performance to generate accurate and meaningful insight about consumers & categories
Digital:
- Use digital as one of the lead mediums to further strengthen the brand communication and activation, and maximize Digital media leverage
- Post Graduate in Marketing Management
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial capacity.
- 5+ years of experience in generating and translating customer insight into brand plans
- Independently managing a Product/ brand Portfolio/business line to generate top line growth and drive cost efficiency
- Managing brand activity in the Digital Space, good understanding digital space
- Media planning expertise
- Large format multicity events / activation exposure
- Retail promotion planning exposure.
