Sr. Management position reporting to Head of Sales and Marketing.
The position has responsibility of growing a B2b and B2C brand to over 4/5 times in next 5/6 years.
The brand has huge promotion spends in upwards of 100 crore.
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for business development across India; monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation.
- Develop brand image and position the product in the market.
- Communication across all customer touchpoints though dearer distributors network.
- Liaison with Govt.
- Coordination with Production team for production planning according to demand.
Required Profile:
- Sales and Marketing experience in Managing a large business as an SBU / BU.
- Ideally Manages a team
- Ideally worked in India as well as Middle eastern countries
- Good technical knowledge of product composition.
- Knowledge of dealing multiple products
- Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction.
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning

- Technical Graduate with MBA Specialization Marketing.
- Specialization in sales & marketing function for min 10 years
