Job Title: Brand Strategist (Mid-Senior Level).

Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid Work ).

Experience: 5-8Yrs.

Key Responsibilities.

As a Brand Strategist at Insane Marketers, your role will include:.

- Brand Leadership & Strategy Development.

- Lead Brand Strategy: Own and drive the strategic direction of Insane Marketers' brand,. overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and digital strategies across all touchpoints.

- Develop & Execute: Create and execute integrated brand strategies that enhance our visibility, value, and engagement, ensuring our brand resonates with our target audience.

- Evolve Our Identity: Help shape and evolve our brand identity, aligning with our mission, vision, and core values.

- Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights and strategic advice on brand architecture, voice, and digital presence to enhance our market position.

- Internal Collaboration & Cross-Functional Team Leadership.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, digital, and media to ensure seamless implementation of brand initiatives.

- Drive Innovation: Lead brainstorming sessions, collaborate on content creation, and help guide the creative direction for new brand campaigns.

- Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior team members and strategists in their professional development, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Brand Performance & Optimization:

- Track Performance: Set clear success metrics and KPIs for brand initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with the company's objectives and deliver measurable results.

- Analyze & Optimize: Use data and performance insights to refine and optimize our brand strategy, driving continuous improvement and growth.

- Report on Impact: Regularly report on the effectiveness of brand strategies to leadership, ensuring that we're on track to meet our goals.

Business Growth & Market Positioning:

- Internal Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new opportunities for Insane Marketers to expand our brand presence and engage with potential clients and partners.

- Thought Leadership: Represent Insane Marketers at industry events and through thought leadership pieces, helping to position us as a leading brand in the marketing space.

- Marketing Innovation: Lead the charge on innovative marketing strategies that keep Insane Marketers ahead of the curve in a fast-paced industry.

What You Bring:

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, ideally within an in-house marketing or agency environment.

- Strong background in developing and executing brand positioning, digital strategy, and brand architecture.

Leadership:

- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and delivery of high-quality brand work.

- Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a creative, high-performance culture.

Strategic Thinking.

- Ability to think both creatively and strategically, understanding how to align big-picture vision with practical, measurable outcomes.

- Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine strategies.

Communication & Presentation.

- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and leadership.

- Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that capture the essence of the brand.

Collaboration:

- A true team player, able to collaborate across all levels of the organization and inspire others to elevate their work.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Passion for Branding.

- A deep passion for branding and marketing, with a strong desire to have a lasting impact on our company's success.

Other Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.

- Familiarity with brand analytics, digital marketing, and performance tracking tools is a plus.
