Job Description
- Partner with our founder and investors to develop and execute comprehensive content and communication strategies that align with vision, mission, traction, and business plans.
- Create compelling and informative written content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, press releases, and marketing materials, adhering to brand voice and style guide.
- Curate relevant and engaging visual content from various internal activities to supplement content strategy.
- Develop and manage the monthly content strategy calendar, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track content performance.
- Partner with PR agencies to develop and distribute impactful online messaging through various channels (excluding social media management).
- Drive asset creation projects in written, as well as visual forms including brochures, posters, social media posts, videos, advertisements, etc partnering with the founder's office, designers, photographers, and video makers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure communication remains fresh and relevant.
- Oversee offline engagement at events and conferences, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a strong brand presence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, etc.) to create a cohesive marketing content and develop visually appealing marketing assets.
- Analyze data insights to make strategic recommendations and optimize content marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Skill Requirements
- 3+ years of successful track record as a Brand Strategist or in a similar role.
- Past experience coordinating shoots, videos, writing articles, working alongside PR agencies, setting up SEO, and Social Media performance trackers.
- Proven track record in create compelling, concise, and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional command of marketing language, grammar, and style.
- Proven track record in writing and scripting content
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
- Ability to think independently, creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
