Brand Solutions Specialist - Generative AI Solutions - NFT platform for IP monetization
Our client aims to project India's popular iconic characters into the Metaverse. They offer a full stack solution to manage, sell and monetize digital experiences and thus act as a wealth-building platform for artists, IP owners and other established icons to manage their digital assets. To support them in this journey, they have global partnerships with world class Metaverses, NFT platforms, Artists, Game studios, etc.
Our client was co-founded by a team of three members consisting of experienced entrepreneurs and also a leading Indian film and TV personality.
As a Brand Solutions Specialist , you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions from our suite of generative AI products. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving adoption of our solutions, and ensuring client success.
What you need to do:
1. Client Relationship Management: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
2. Solution Consultation: Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities where generative AI solutions can add value and address their specific needs.
3. Product Expertise: Maintaining a deep understanding of company's suite of generative AI products, their features, capabilities, and applications.
4. Customization and Tailoring: Working closely with clients to customize and tailor our solutions to meet their unique requirements and objectives.
5. Proposal Development: Creating compelling proposals and presentations outlining recommended solutions, benefits, and ROI for clients.
6. Project Management: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions, meeting client expectations and timelines.
7. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing the performance of implemented solutions, providing regular updates and insights to clients.
8. Training and Support: Providing training and support to clients on how to effectively use compnay's' generative AI products to achieve their goals.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or AI-related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non- technical audiences.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
