1 Leadership & GAME Planning

- Lead the development, selection and identification of all growth drivers as a part of GAME planning

- Lead the overall management of brand budget (ATL/HASP) & the flex to deliver incremental CAAP by delivering better ROI

- Lead the execution of the 6 month activity calendar

- Lead the media planning process and execution in partnership with the media team

- Create simplified tools & templates to manage performance conversations with support from Analytics & Finance teams

- Identify and fill all SKU/pricing opportunities

- Lead all brand performance reviews with he portfolio head & CMO - Brands- P&L (co-own)

2) Collaboration & Performance Execution

- Ensure flawless execution of growth drivers that are likely to impact the performance of the current & next quarter across RPC clusters, in collaboration with central customer marketing & cluster RPC teams

- Identify relevant M&E and analytics framework for each growth driver by working with the planning/analytics team

- Ensure timely availability of all brand/ROI analytics and drive agility in the performance decision making by working closely with planning/analytics, finance, HO & RPC cluster heads, customer marketing & commercial teams

- Support the marketing manager on brand performance management through S&OP process by providing M&E and predictive analytics that shapes and influences the plan

- Drive incremental gross profit & gross margin for the respective brands by supporting the marketing manager on GM enhancement and Brand value engineering opportunities

- Support the marketing manager in development and sign off of the learning action plan in partnership with planning (quarterly & annual)

- Jointly work with the marketing manager in piloting new growth drivers and building new asset capability (after POC)

- Ensure the brand has proven growth drivers through strong cause-effect analytics & achievement of quarterly plans before every Annual Game Planning cycle

3) Driving Innovation

- Lead Renovation projects from Gate 5 to Gate 6

- Lead Innovation project commercialization from Gate 5 to Gate 6 with support from BCC Project Manager & Innovation Head
