D2C Brand Partnerships - Personal Care


Role Description :


- This is a full-time, 6 Days on-site role for Bangalore (HSR Layout) location.


- As the Brand Partnerships Lead you will be responsible for unlocking, cementing long relationship with Top 150 brand in the Personal Care category with the eventual goal to build India's first brand direct marketplace.


- You'll have a proven track record in establishing enduring partnerships with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders.


- In this role, you will own, develop and execute the strategic sales plans to meet and exceed partnership targets.

Qualifications :

- Hunger to build, Obsessive Curiosity & High Agency traits is strong must have.

- 2+ years of experience in Personal Care category brands and logos acquisition.

- 2+ years of relevant Category Manager experience in the e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record of acquiring logos at an early-stage startup a strong plus.

- Understanding of pricing, selection, offers landscape.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful business relationships.

- Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in Helium 10.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
