If you have a passion for creating innovative marketing stories for businesses and generate revenue from it, we've some challenging assignments for you. You will work on some of the trickiest problems and help deliver creative marketing solutions for different businesses every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, Build and Own brand monetization charter for cult.fit business
- Work with agencies & brands to build BD pipelines
- Implement and manage advertiser's campaigns throughout their lifetime: -
- Sourcing & developing new partnerships & deepen existing ones
- Prepare pitch decks detailing the association ideas
- Commercial negotiations to optimize revenue
- Facilitate closure of legal formalities & payment invoices
- Own tactical day-to-day management of client campaigns
- Track & share performance reports
- Manage ad inventory & calendarization across cult.fit ecosystem (Physical Centres, app/ website & social handles)
- Align internal stakeholders on SOPs and SLAs for smooth functioning of the vertical
- Work with internal stakeholders & leadership in setting up monthly, quarterly and annual plans and providing regular business updates
- Analyze the market and keep informed of best practices, new trends and potential opportunities
- Build new used cases of brand monetization and liaise with product, format & Ops teams to formalize them
- Work closely with support function (Ops, accounts etc.) to resolve any client issues
Desired background:
- 3+ years of total experience with 2+ years of experience preferably spent in large Internet company driving monetization ad campaign
- Experience in driving ad sales for an OTT/ Fintech/ Adtech/Telcos/ other digital platform would be highly preferable
- Understanding for offline & online marketing, social, content, technology & business would be preferable
