KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct consumer and market research.

- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.

- Design a research-based brand strategy.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.

- Communicate our brand personality internally and align different teams towards common goal.

- Lead marketing team members through campaigns.

- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns.

- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:

- Expertise in running ATL / BTL led marketing campaigns.

- Media planning and buying

- Create brand advocates and run referral campaigns.

- Good know how of the digital eco-system, managing geo-targeted or pan national campaigns as and when required.

- Drive consumer engagement and retention while managing LTV.

- Creative development and agency management
