Our client is one of the leading Personal Care companies and a market leader within their product portfolio. With a solid share of business in the eCommerce space, they are now focused on having a robust retail/offline footprint. They are well-funded and poised to transform the Industry with some distinct and innovative work in their space, and they need a strong candidate to take their products portfolio further ahead.

Job Description :

In this role, reporting to the co-founders and working closely with the founding team, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1 Establishing the brand visibility and fuelling its recognition - the candidate will be accountable to lead marketing campaigns, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels

2 Creating the brand and setting up processes from 0-1

3 Setting up a new vertical within their well-established product line and chartering out a long-term vision for the brand.

Profile :

The successful candidate should have 5-7 years of work experience in a brand role. The person should have handled the P&L of the brand and have a strong footprint in devising marketing strategies, particularly from a digital perspective. The incumbent should have a strong understanding and inclination to work in the personal care industry, coupled with the insights to marry consumer insights to actionable pointers.
