1. Help to identify how company's brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy.
2. Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies.
3. Competitive analysis - must be able to understand the market and do competitive analysis
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including b2b marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing etc and external agencies) to create marketing campaigns.
5. Work on various campaigns encompassing materials for all aspects of ATL & BTL branding.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging for commercial and enterprise audiences.
7. Experience of managing graphic designers
8. Proven experience in managing the creative development process of marketing campaigns, from writing briefs to finalizing artwork.
9. Good command of the English language, with fluency in Hindi as an added advantage.
10. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
