OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE :

Responsibilities :
Product :
- Develop product Positioning & communication strategy for all product categories
- Develop strategy for product launch and marketing campaigns
- Develop various content like product Videos , presentation , emailers , electronic and print collaterals
- Plan &execute product Content strategy to drive awareness , understanding & affinity for the products across distribution and customers/prospects
- Develop product category campaign support desired promix& organisation objectives
Brand Store:
- Develop and maintain the brand store portal
- Build and drive product categories and SKU in brand store
- Drive & promote the registration and usages of brand store
- Marketing promotion , sales schemes and campaign to drive sale
- Driving seller / vendor alliance to drive catalogue and market place
- Vendor management , negotiation and on boarding
- Ensure all brand merchandise buying is happening through this portal
- Ensure quality merchandise and proper use of brand guidelines
- Regular reporting of the business and web analytics
Brand Promise :
- Build awareness , understanding & internalisation for employees and distribution
- Organisational level Campaign , event & activations to drive internalisation
- Keep life Anthem contemporary , relevant &compelling for all stakeholders
- Internal campaign to popularise and build participation for Hum Hain hamesha and customer stories
- Drive reward and recognition e.g. Brand Pins for brand promise internalisation
- Regular content creation for internal as well as consumption on social
- Ensure brand usages across the origination as per the Group marketing guidelines
- Manage & Drive LA rating and review system to ensure brand promise behaviours deliveries to customers
CSR :
- Ensure development, implementation of scalable CSR program
- Create Brand positioning through effective CSR program
- Collaborate with PR & Social Media teams to promote CSR initiatives to stakeholders, including potential and current employees & customers
- Create plans & programs to educate employees about CSR and build their participation
- Identifying and critically evaluating social development projects and evaluate proposals towards financial contributions,
- Maintain a regular connect on execution of initiatives , monitor & evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives
- Manage all communications as well as monitoring and reporting results
Internal Communication:
- Communication and creative support for impact making strategic initiative
- Environment branding at HO and branches
- Business and competitive intelligence
- Keep a track of business movement and impact created by marketing interventions
- Ensure continuous flow of information on Competitive Activities
- Budget and spends
- To be overall custodian of Budgets allocated and Spends as per plan and provide continuous updates
Eligibility Crietria :
Qualification : MBA (Marketing- Full Time)
Work Experience: 7-8 years into marketing communication
- Candidates from agency are preferred
Specialisation: marketing communication , brand management , Event & activation
Necessary (Positive):
- Ability to write Communication brief to creative agency
- Analytical and communication skills and good at making presentations
- Ecomm experience on in apparel and merchants
- Ability to handle work through agencies and vendors
- Working with FMCG or Consumer durable company in marketing function or
Preferable:
- Visualizer and strategy in charge from creative agency
- On-line retail marketing and merchanding
- Exposure to CSR
