- Develop and implement annual marketing plans with clearly articulated Marketing goals.

- Lead the creation of communication and messaging in accordance with TG (target group), roll-out the action plan according to budgets goals defined in marketing plan.

- Be the custodian of - consumer and category understanding- for the organization, which would help us stay ahead of competition and translate into clear plan deployment in our D2C set-up.

- Design, manage and implement digital acquisition marketing strategy and ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency (make every rupee count).

- Leading agency relationship which includes Creative process and quality of output, setting short to medium term goals, Performance feedback, and managing budgets.

- Creating strong data management frameworks both for lead generation and brand users for future (Maximizing lifetime value of consumer)

- Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, customers, technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile and all digital extensions.

- Developing new and innovative campaign concepts and contributing to the team overall growth strategy with an emphasis on a "test and learn fast" strategy.

- Monitoring and analysing the customer acquisition funnel (Channel, spend, messaging, landing pages and more) to identify weaknesses and opportunities, refining and delivering ongoing improvements to conversion.
