Brand Marketing Manager

Experience: 3-7 years
Education: MBA (Marketing preferred) from a Tier-1 college
Responsibilities
- Conduct Brand Studies and run Consumer Connect programs to build strong brand audits and consumer insights
- Tune and build marketing campaigns according to insights
- Take ownership of brand KPIs and grow them on a quarterly basis
- Run marketing campaigns end-to-end taking full ownership of PR, Social, Influencers, asset creation and media planning from a brand perspective
- Aid the e-Sports and Offline teams with brand consistency, and activation audits
- Run Audits of spends and ROI from channels and tune marketing activities accordingly
What you must have done before:
- Be a passionate gamer. Must have played games of multiple genres on mobile. An active gamer on console or on PC is an added bonus.
- Run 360 degree marketing campaigns including (and not limited to) TV, OOH, Radio
- Run a pan country media plan either for brand awareness or a CTA prop
- Built and ran digital brands with control over marketing spends and ROI
- Anchored or part of team which has anchored brand partnerships of significant impact
- Having worked with gaming companies or gaming products in the past is a bonus
- Has been responsible for running any 2 of the following : A top creative agency, A PR Agency or A Media Planner
- Having experience in brand repositioning campaigns would be an added bonus
