AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY-
- Brand Management of the given product category
- Working with Key stakeholders to drive execution of Marketing Plans
- Responsible for the delivery of the Top Line and Bottom Line of the Brand
- Handling the P&L for the brand independently.
- Responsible for BTL & ATL activation and spends.
- Responsible for New Product Development, Product Launch
- Create new ideas, concepts that can be validated by consumer research for entry into the NPD pipeline
- Responsible for Designing & Execution of Brand collaterals
- Responsible for Conceptualization & Execution of Campaigns
- Work with creative and digital agency partners to drive effective and cost optimized marketing communication. Drive thought leadership and execution rigor to drive output with maximum agility
- Responsible for managing Marketing Budgets
- Driving marketing hygiene around tracking, reporting and control of marketing spends
- Responsible for handling and building E-Comm channel which would be one of the priorities. External Liaising
- Liaising with Media, Market research, Creative, PR & Activation Agencies Internal Liaising
- Working closely with Sales, R&D & Supply chain for new product development, Brand launches, activations and GTM
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- PGPM/MBA ideally from a Tier I B-school
- 3-5 years of total experience & 2-3 years in marketing
- Prior experience in FMCG/OTC.
