About our Client : Our client is an Online fashion company that has a range of clothing and accessories for men & women. They are focused on deepening their brand footprint. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Brand Marketing Manager to fuel and sustain the growth for India
Job Description: Reporting to the AVP Brand Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Creating and leading the marketing strategy for the Brand by delivering a strong customer proposition.
- Leading and executing brand initiatives (ATL + BTL) for the Brand.
- Objective will be brand building (top-of-mind recall, brand salience etc.) and customer engagement leading to traffic and revenue
- Thinking out-of-the box and leveraging the power of digital/social as a channel and mobile as a device
- Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing / business objectives
The Successful Candidate:
- 5-6 years of overall experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of brand experience + Minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Experience of building/growing brands (which works in a B2C model) along with experience of designing and leading large media campaigns (Not someone who has worked in a pure play innovation role)
- Experience/mindset of working in un-structured environments and is entrepreneurial
- Strong interpersonal skills and high drive
