Position: Brand Manager - Wellness
Experience: 3 8 years
Location: Gurgoan
Academic: Graduate plus MBA in Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with R&D to create & deliver innovative products for all categories.
- Ensure, once Innovation calendar is approved, Innovation Concept to Launch Docket is written, approved & rigorously followed up with concerned people to ensure on timely launches
- Work closely with marketing team members to ensure monthly BTL plans are made as per timelines and all support defined. Work the market with sales personnel to identify and deliver new/innovative BTL support material/activation.
- Work closely with Advertising/Media agency for all ATL creatives development & execution
- Research work for growth, innovation and channel strategy.
- Preparing Marketing Budget, sales & gross margin, for the year + 1 year outlook for category.
- Build brand through well defined process Innovation, merchandizing, ATL, BTL etc
- Tracking sales category wise vs budget and taking actions to support sales to ensure targets are met.
- Visit markets to provide feedback on the brand performance and execution of activities
- Develop business plan for new/related categories.
Industry Preference: FMCG. Personal care or a Good combination of Food & Personal care
Functional Exposure:
Category revenue & Growth budgets, Monthly Innovation Calendar, Category Innovation / Monthly Spike plans -Campaign creation (ATL/BTL) & execution (ATL) and handling BTL support, Consumer insights to ensure the brand can maximize existing/ identify new opportunities, research & analysis.
