Scope and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities encompass formulation and execution of the brand plan; including marketing communication, brand activation, P&L management and Innovation & Renovation process management
- Development of long term Growth and Competitive Strategy for designated brands
- Creative development & 360 degree media planning encompassing - ATL, BTL interventions, digital integrated media, consumer promos, retail activation & sponsorships.
- Demand generation: Lead and own demand generation actions- TV, Radio, Print, Digital & On-ground Retail and Modern trade outlets.
- Market Research: Insights development through U&A, Equity, pricing, Tracks, Link, product & concept studies.
- Responsible for generating consumer & customer insight across brands / BU`s through research addressing Business & marketing issues and short / long term strategy.
- Planning and implementing various All India campaigns, promo inputs, product samples in coordination with various departments. (Logistics, Sales, External vendors, Ad Agencies)
Your skills and experience:
- Candidates from FMCG industry only
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and out of the box and create idea-based solutions
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & PowerPoint
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
